Servercore Names Victoria Kleinbort Head Of Business Development
Servercore, a global IT infrastructure provider with a local presence in Kenya, has announced the promotion of Victoria Kleinbort to Head of Business Development. She’ll drive Servercore’s growth by identifying new regional market opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and expanding Servercore’s capabilities to provide reliable cloud, bare metal, and IT security solutions.
Victoria joined Servercore in 2022 as a country Manager for Kenya, bringing over 12 years of experience in product development and marketing. Before her promotion, she played a pivotal role in building an ecosystem of partners to bring the company’s products to the African markets. She was involved in driving regional strategies and helping customers navigate their digital transformation journeys.
Before joining Servercore, Victoria worked as an entrepreneur for 5 years, developing B2B-Export.com, a B2B trading platform for suppliers from Africa, Latin America, Indonesia, and the CIS region.
With a growth mindset for the industry, she earned a master’s degree in technology entrepreneurship. She’s a thought leader and respected speaker on cloud computing and IT infrastructure trends in Africa.
Victoria is also a mentor for young entrepreneurs in Africa. She was part of Anza Grow Academy as a mentor for their Xollaborate program, which supports female founders, and was a speaker in the DITA LIT community series.
In her new role as Head of Business Development, Victoria Kleinbort will lead Servercore’s commercial operations across Kenya, Africa, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan in Central Asia. Her expanded responsibilities in Africa will focus on scaling business operations and deepening partnerships by providing clients with localized IT infrastructure, tailored services, and responsive support.
She will also oversee the expansion of Servercore’s product roadmap across the continent to align with the rapidly evolving demands of Kenya’s digital economy and other key markets. A core part of her mandate includes driving innovation and cost efficiency, an approach already exemplified by Servercore’s partnership with GoDeliveries.
Victoria’s appointment demonstrates Servecore ’s commitment to driving strategic business growth initiatives with resilient IT infrastructures. With her leadership, Servercore aims to empower more organizations across Africa, Central Asia, and beyond to build and scale with confidence through access to reliable cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions.
“I’m excited to step into this key role and lead the team towards strategic business partnerships. I look forward to leveraging my experience to enhance Servercore’s capabilities and drive meaningful impact in Kenya and across the region.” said Kleinbort.
Servercore expanded its operations in Nairobi, Kenya, a few years ago as part of its long-term commitment to Africa, positioning the city as a strategic hub for regional business development, innovation and success, given Nairobi’s status as a leading tech hub in East Africa.
The company continues to develop its regional team in Kenya and Africa following its mission to provide tailored cloud solutions to help businesses optimize performance and drive digital transformation. Servercore aims to empower businesses of all sizes to maximize their cloud capabilities, innovate, and contribute to the region’s digital growth.
