The new brand and AI-First Expert Technology Services model are built upon their core values: people, trust, and progress
Building on its launch on May 8, 2025, TeKnowledge is announcing a refreshed brand identity and the rollout of its AI-First Expert Technology Services. With this, the company aims to solidify its position to accelerate enterprise and national transformation across the continent.
TeKnowledge celebrated seven years of operations in Nigeria, its largest global hub, at the TeKnowledge Nigeria CxO Summit 2025 held at the Oriental Hotel in Lagos. The event brought together leaders from the public and private sectors to acknowledge this milestone and share TeKnowledge’s vision for driving Nigeria’s next phase of technology-led growth.
From its Nigerian hub, TeKnowledge delivers services to over 90 countries, employing more than 2,000 local experts. The company cultivates strong partnerships across the public and private sectors, collaborating with stakeholders to develop sustainable digital ecosystems. Notably, TeKnowledge has partnered with Microsoft to provide AI skills training to thousands, including over 7,000 Nigerians and more than 1,000 women through dedicated ICT programs. TeKnowledge is a trusted technology services partner to over 40 Nigerian organizations, delivering solutions encompassing skilling, digital transformation, and managed services.
TeKnowledge emphasises cybersecurity as a cornerstone of its transformation model. Its Security Operations Center, based in Nigeria, delivers award-winning cybersecurity expertise, demonstrating a strong track record in proactive defense and scalable security solutions across Africa and beyond. TeKnowledge’s focus on cybersecurity helps organizations protect data, build confidence, and foster enduring relationships.
“This milestone reflects TeKnowledge’s progress and our vision for the future, developed in collaboration with our ecosystem,” stated Olugbolahan Olusanya, Africa Territory Director, TeKnowledge, at the launch. “Our new brand and AI-First Expert Technology Services model are built upon our core values: people, trust, and progress.”
The May 8th launch event also highlighted Nigeria’s history of transformation, spanning its industrial and creative sectors and its growing leadership in applied AI. The Nigerian government and private sector were recognized for their role in driving tangible AI benefits across the continent.
Nidal Abou-Ltaif, Chief Revenue and Transformation Officer at TeKnowledge, noted at the launch, “Nigeria has a strong history of transformation. From the trade networks of Kano to the fintech revolution and Nollywood’s global influence, progress here has always been purposeful. Today, Nigerian business leaders are proactively implementing AI with focus and vision.”
TeKnowledge acknowledges that challenges such as fragmented systems, a limited pool of AI-specific talent, and evolving regulatory frameworks can hinder widespread AI adoption. The company’s AI-First approach is designed to help clients transition from planning to action, implementing scalable, ethical, and locally relevant solutions.
